Dragons are described as not being very religious, so I can only imagine that worship of gods other than Tiamat is extraordinarily rare. Luckily, most of the rest of the chapter is worthwhile.

The book’s name would loosely be translated to Book of Dragon Names as a crhomatic to the Necronomicon. There are a couple of ideas to be mined from this section, and the dracojomicon themselves are pleasantly colorful.
