The good parts are rendezvus good I nevertheless have to give 4. It does add some depth and some very interesting perspective to the story throughout, and I still found the story quite exciting, just not so mysterious. Everyone is living happily ever after, humans made contact with aliens and a huge cataclysmic war didn’t break out and some other kind of berserker alien might come out of hiding in the future, but we’ll be able to deal with them when the time comes.
